Laharts are looking to recruit a Qualified Motor Technician to join our Volkswagen - Skoda service team in Kilkenny.
The ideal candidates will be experienced in all aspects of vehicle servicing and diagnostics and be capable of producing quality work in a busy environment.
Responsibilities include: Service & repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and dealership standardsPerforming work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracyUsing diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectifiedExamining the vehicle and performing vehicle health checks to determine if additional safety or service work is requiredComplete service documentation in line with ISO, warranty, and dealership requirementsMaintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsRequirements: Ability to work on own initiative and be a good team playerGood communication skills and the ability to identify and explain additional work requiredCapable of producing quality work in a busy, fast-paced environmentBe diligent, with a flexible approach to workFull Clean Driving LicenseRewards: A highly competitive salary & bonus package combined with a 100% commitment to training and career development.
