Job Title: Client Services Account Manager - Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO)

Working as part of a growing global team, the Client Services Account Manager will act as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing collateral administration services to CLOs and Loan Portfolios. The role involves working closely with sales and support teams to deliver excellent service within Structured Finance.

Key responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of transactions, acting as Relationship Manager and transaction administrator
* Serve as the Accountable Client Owner, handling daily administration and client reviews
* Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal departments to ensure efficient transaction processing and queries resolution
* Review transaction documentation with legal team, ensuring proper processing of deals
* Calculate and verify Waterfalls and produce Payment Reports
Skills and experience:
* Experience in corporate trust, cash management, custody, or loan administration
* Understanding of global financial services, debt capital markets, and structured finance
* Strong client relationship skills
* Knowledge of payment processing, transaction documentation, and capital markets operations
