Primary Responsibilities: Manage the Onboarding / Provisioning / Offboarding of users.
Actively manage the Onboarding process tasks to meet required turn-around-time for provisioning Develop and maintain user adoption metrics.
Initiate activities to improve Pharma user adoption as appropriate Provide user support and training for solution rollout
