* Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the Irish healthcare market, understanding their needs, challenges, and preferences to ensure the delivery of tailored recruitment solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

* Ensure high levels of candidate and client service to provide a best-in-class experience, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively seeking feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).

* A proven track record of success in sales or client services leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment industry.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
">
* Strategic thinking, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

* Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
