We are working with a growing company in the healthcare sector, who due to recent acquisitions are looking to hire a Group Financial Controller who will be responsible for managing the day to day finance function. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous healthcare (or hospitality) experience as a group financial controller to come in and help shape the financial growth of the business. Key responsibilities: Develop trusted relationships with directors, board members, investors, HR, Operations and Facility Management Take a lead role in negotiating rates with key clients including the HSE This is an exciting role for a smart, energetic and focused individual. Support the Group CFO in delivering stakeholder goals, on time and accurate reporting and developing and executing key projects. Preparing Management Accounts Analysing financial data & providing insightful commentary Financial Modelling including M&A scenarios Setting-up and Monitoring internal control, Day to day Tax Compliance & managing statutory audits Manage AP & AR Must have requirements Accounting Qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA with minimum 5 years PQE Proven experience in delivering projects Be based in one of their locations with the ability to attend the office 2-3 days per week Right to work with 3+ years Irish accounting experience including Irish tax compliance Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality or similar industry What's on offer?
