Overview
You’ll be joining a long-established architecture and design practice with studios in Ireland and the UK. With over three decades of experience, the team has delivered award-winning projects across residential, workplace, healthcare, education and leisure. They combine creative design thinking with strong technical expertise, ensuring projects are both imaginative and practical. From complex urban masterplans to carefully crafted interiors, every commission is approached with curiosity, collaboration and a commitment to quality.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
* As the architect, you will be mainly responsible for developing medium-scale projects from concept design stages through to completion and will manage projects from planning application stage to completion.
* You will ensure the technical design and pragmatic approach to your work and engage in site supervision and maintain good interpersonal skills and common sense in your role.
* You will also coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
* You will also provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Must have relevant architecture qualifications.
* 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Ireland and a proven track record of delivering medium-scale projects from planning application stage to completion.
* Relevant site supervision experience is necessary
* Excellent Revit skills with good working knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office applications.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
