Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation of key business systems, to include a HRIS system across our group of companies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment and is passionate about driving alignment, adoption, and successful delivery of technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of business systems, ensuring alignment and adoption across multiple companies. Serve as the primary liaison between internal business units and the external system vendors project team. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Harmonise business processes and terminology across entities where feasible. Oversee governance, risk, and issue management, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and shared decision-making. Communicate effectively with senior leadership, business teams, and technical stakeholders. Track and report on project status, risks, and dependencies using standardised documentation and tools. Drive the change management strategy to support end-user adoption and readiness. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience leading technical implementations across business groups. Experience implementing HR solutions is highly desirable. Background in healthcare or social care environments is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. Skills: leadership skills.
