Revenue Manager Opportunity
To succeed as a Revenue Manager, you must be able to drive financial performance and strategic growth in a luxury hotel setting. As a key member of the leadership team, you will develop and implement revenue management strategies across rooms, F&B, and events.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Revenue Manager (or Assistant Revenue Manager) in a 4* or 5* hotel and possess strong analytical, commercial, and strategic skills. You will need to monitor market trends, manage inventory, pricing, and distribution channels to optimise yield and collaborate closely with sales, reservations, and senior management to maximise profitability while maintaining the property's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximise room, F&B, and event revenues.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand forecasts.
* Manage inventory, pricing, and distribution channels to optimise yield.
* Produce accurate revenue reports and forecasts for senior management.
* Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Revenue Manager (or Assistant Revenue Manager ready to step up) in a 4* or 5* hotel.
* Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic skills.
* Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, and channel managers.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities.
* A results-driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality.
