Staffline recruitment are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie on behalf of our client a well-established prestigious hotel in county Meath. Reporting to the Executive Chef the successful candidate will be responsible for maintain high culinary standards and work as part of a dynamic kitchen. The position is Full time, with a 39-hour week, 5 days over 7. Responsibilities include: Preparing food using the correct method of storage, cooking and presentation whilst adhering to all Health and Safety Regulations requirements. Ensure that all SOP's are implemented. Assist with Stock taking and ensure wastage procedures are conducted in accordance with company policy. Support and assist the Executive chef with training, development, and supervision of kitchen staff. Abiding by HACCP procedures and completing all HACCP documentation as required Supporting the business with continuous improvement and delivery Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role Strong Teamwork and Communication skills Passion for quality food and presentation The company offer great benefits and career progression opportunities.
