We perform due diligence during the bidding phase and provide ongoing technical supervision throughout construction, including monitoring progress, budgets, schedules and risks. As independent certifiers and engineers, we offer objective third‑party supervision for key milestone verification, compliance, dispute resolution and project success.What you will learn and do:Prepare project specific Preliminary Inspection Plans and Inspection Plans as Implemented.Conduct and complete site inspections and reports, including photographs in support of construction period services.Carry out inspections and maintain records of same utilizing our bespoke site inspection and document management software.Attend site and design team meetings as and when necessary.Plan and oversee the implementation of the Inspection Plan during construction while in consultation with the members of the design team.Liaise with the relevant Building Control Authority as and when necessary.Network regularly, promoting the business, cross‑selling and building new contacts, and enhancing client relationships; resolve issues promptly.Stay focused on client service in all interactions with team members and clients.What you will bring:Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.University degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering, Building Surveying or Architecture.Professional accreditation or intent on developing accreditation in one of Engineering, Building Surveying, Architecture, Registered Building Surveyor SCSI, RIAI (Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland), Engineers Ireland, MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).Interest in developing an in‑depth working knowledge of the building regulations, site inspections, construction detailing, building control process and project management.Extensive technical knowledge of Building Regulations and Building Control Regulations.Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English.Excellent communication skills.IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office.Good analytical and interpersonal skills combined with sound judgment and initiative.Holds a valid driver's licence.Why choose our team?Work on meaningful projects that impact communities globally.Enjoy workplace flexibility with the freedom of a hybrid program.Receive competitive compensation with health and dental benefits, above‑average vacation time, a matching retirement plan, bonuses, sick leave and more.Advance your career with opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.Receive health and wellness support through our employee assistance program.Participate in team‑building and community support activities with a team that has been certified as a “Best Workplace” for five consecutive years by our employees and Great Place to Work®.We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
