Client Experience Team
The client experience team focuses on building the self-service tools that help Flipdish clients manage their business, from onboarding through to day-to-day operations.
We create a standout platform that makes it easy for clients to launch quickly, stay in control, and get value fast.
Main Goals:
* Provide clients with a standout management platform for all their Flipdish services.
* Create an efficient and exciting onboarding flow, allowing clients to start earning money fast.
About This Role
This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a front-end or full-stack developer using React and Typescript.
You should have previous experience working in the cloud, preferably using serverless architecture.
Your Responsibilities:
* Work hands-on with our Portal code (React) and other areas of our codebase, ensuring high-quality solutions.
* Work with tests, both automated and manual, to ensure your code is production-ready.
* Own and maintain your own CI/CD pipelines.
* Understand our customers and their problems, ensuring you are always focused on the right thing.
* Take part in continuous learning, furthering both your technical ability and soft-skills.
* Mentor other engineers, pair/mob code, and undertake code reviews.
* Implement automation wherever possible.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of development experience, working with React, Typescript (mandatory), and C# (advantageous).
* Ability to work across the full stack, owning your own vertical slice of the product.
* Experience in the cloud, either AWS or Azure, preferably using a serverless framework such as AWS Lambda.
* Good knowledge of DevOps principles, ideally some previous experience writing and maintaining pipelines for Continuous Delivery.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you will work with a multi-cultural, global team.
* A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and can distil complexity into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
