A leading international law firm in Ireland is seeking an experienced Data, Commercial & Technology Lawyer (Senior Associate to Of Counsel level) to join their dynamic team.

What youll do: Advise clients on data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity matters.
Draft and negotiate commercial and technology contracts, including software, cloud, Saa S, and licensing agreements.
Work closely with domestic and international clients on cross-border matters.
Collaborate with a team of specialist lawyers on cutting-edge commercial and technology issues.
What were looking for: Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE, ideally in technology, data, or commercial law.
Strong experience in data protection (GDPR), technology agreements, and commercial contracts.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
