Job Title: Mission-Critical Systems Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take ownership of Building Management Systems (BMS) packages on complex projects.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands how BMS systems are designed, built, commissioned, and handed over on site. You will be responsible for managing technical aspects of BMS packages from design through construction and commissioning.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Taking full ownership of the BMS / EPMS package from design through construction and commissioning;
* Managing technical RFIs, design queries, and coordination with consultants and client teams;
* E nsuring seamless integration between all M&E systems;
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
* A strong background in industrial electrical systems including building services or automation;
* Experience working on data centres or other mission-critical projects;
* Proven ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
