The role of a Front Office Receptionist is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the seamless operation of the Front Desk function.

Located on the Wild Atlantic Way and Galway Bay, our luxurious four-star hotel offers visitors an ideal base from which to explore Connemara's stunning scenery and vibrant city of Galway.
* Perform duties as requested by the Front Office Manager & Supervisor
* Greet arriving guests warmly and provide efficient check-in services, confirming all details and special requests on HotSoft
* Promote a helpful and professional image at all times, providing full cooperation to any guest requiring assistance
* Confirm/offer dinner reservations upon check-in and provide information/directions about the local area/amenities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service position, with strong work ethic and customer-centric mindset required. Excellent spoken English is necessary, along with excellent organisation and communication skills. Ability to learn new information is essential, and resilience in working under pressure is advantageous.
