CHILDCARE MANAGER
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years' experience essential as a Childcare Manager in a similar size setting
· Minimum FETAC/QQI Level 7 in Childcare essential.
· Knowledge of childcare regulations.
· Childcare Regulations, Tusla Inspections Knowledge and Experience
· HACCP knowledge
· NCS Knowledge
· Better start / AIM Experience
· Excellent Communication and Team Building Skills
· Fluent English Essential
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· First Aid, Manual Handling, Child Protection and Food Safety Certified an advantage.
· Self-Motivation, ability to encourage team work & excellent organisational skills.
· A clear understanding of the financial aspects.
· Full Clean Driving Licence an advantage.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead, coach and develop all staff members.
· Be responsible for the day to day running of a creche.
· Liaise with parents, guardians and families and build parent partnership
· Provide support & guidance to all staff as needed.
· Follow up with enquiries, organise viewings and new bookings
· Ensure that all company policy and procedures, legislation and statutory guidelines are being fully implemented, monitored, and adhered to
· Ensure the creche is always delivering high quality childcare
· To assist in the planning, implementation and documentation of an age-appropriate stimulating weekly curriculum which will enhance the child's natural growth.
· Develop professional relationships with families, children, staff & management
