Production Excellence Leader
This key role oversees site production activities, encompassing production planning, shift-based manufacturing, and store operations management.
The ideal candidate will lead and develop a skilled production team, drive ongoing improvement initiatives, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
Main responsibilities include:
* Fostering a proactive safety culture across the site
* Developing and implementing an effective manufacturing strategy focused on adopting new technologies and enhancing processes
* Collaborating with functional leaders to ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance
* Driving performance across critical KPIs: Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Inventory, and Employee Engagement
Candidates should hold a degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, along with significant experience in a regulated or precision manufacturing environment, preferably as a manager.
