Specific Responsibilities:
This is an essential role in the day-to-day running of the client’s account. You will collaborate with colleagues in the development of exciting PR campaigns and brand strategies, that play a key role in the delivery of creative communications campaigns.
Provide support to the wider account team including coming up with brilliant ideas, drafting press materials and media pitching
Develop a solid understanding of consumer media, and content creators in the republic of Ireland.
Day to day client and team communications and management, managing
Monitor, measure and report campaign performance on an ongoing basis
Be an excellent project manager for your client, ensuring all materials are devised, approved and shared in timely manner.
Be capable to get on with tasks quickly, yet ensuring that they are delivered to the highest level, your team is here to support you on that journey.

Key Criteria:
12 months – two years’ experience ideally gained within an agency / consulting environment
Excellent media and influencer knowledge
A voracious appetite for culture and lifestyle trends, what’s hot on social, the happenings in Dublin, and Ireland.
Experience supporting and managing campaigns from start to finish
Demonstrable experience in developing creative brand ideas that work!
Excellent media relations, organisational, and interpersonal skills
A relevant third level qualification in the public relations / communications area
An ability to work to tight deadlines across several different accounts
An absolute passion for social media
Top notch writing and critical thinking skills
Being a sound human and team player
A self-starter, ability to think on your feet and make tough decisions with a desire to embrace responsibility and take ownership
A creative thinker with a keen eye for the latest industry trends
Excellent client-facing and presentation skills delivered with integrity
A process-oriented individual, with an appreciation and understanding of project management
Exceptional attention to detail is a must, coupled with personal pride in every output you deliver
Supporting projects against budget, therefore delivering profitable work
Strong work ethic with a team player attitude
Ability to work to tight deadlines
