Salary 64900.00 - 69200.00 EUR Annual + Vehicle + BenefitsSite Manager Residential Cork We are currently partnering with a Tier 1 Main Contractor with bases across Ireland who have seen success across a number of projects. Due to continued success, there is currently now the need for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internals package on a Residential build. Responsibilities Full Management of Internal Fit-Out Packages Oversee all internal phases of the build including partitioning, plastering, drylining, ceilings, flooring, painting, doors, stairs, skirting, kitchens, wardrobes, and final snagging. Drive quality and progress across multiple units simultaneously. Coordination of M&E 1st & 2nd Fix Works Work closely with M&E contractors to ensure timely installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and ventilation systems. Ensure services align with architectural layouts, coordinate boxing out and chase works, and manage issue resolution swiftly. Finishes, Snagging & Handover Readiness Maintain high-quality finishing standards in line with client expectations and BCAR compliance. Lead pre-paint and final snag inspections, manage snag close-out, and ensure units are presentation-ready for phased handovers. Programme Management & Trade Sequencing Drive daily and weekly targets for internal trades, sequencing works to avoid clashes and delays. Monitor short-term programmes, update progress reports, and flag issues early to the Project Manager and Contracts team. Health & Safety / Housekeeping Oversight Enforce a safe, clean, and organised work environment throughout internals. Manage safe access routes, fire stopping, material storage, and ensure all RAMS are in place and followed especially in multi-unit or tight-phase settings. Requirements Must have 10+ years in a similar role preferably on similar projects Must have great communication skills both written and oral Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background Must have strong experience on internals packages Benefits Circa €80,000 + Vehicle + Package
