Project Manager (Roofing/Cladding) - Cork
New vacancy in Cork with a roofing and cladding specialist that has clients in their portfolio from various industries in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, data centres, hospitality, retail, education, industrial and residential sectors.
The first project is based on the east side of Cork. It's a circa €4m new roofing and cladding with internal composite wall, where you will oversee a small team of approx. 15-20 staff.
You will need similar roofing and cladding experience, along with project management and organisation of large projects, ideally gained with a specialist Roofing/Cladding Contractor or Main Contractor looking after these packages.
