The Senior RTR Accountant will play a pivotal part in serving FMC's Global finance teams, collaborating with global stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to ongoing projects in automation, systems, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver complex reconciliations, variance analysis, and balance sheet reviews.
* Manage month- and quarter-end close, ensuring compliance with deadlines and standards.
* Support treasury (cash reconciliation, currency exposure) and income tax accruals.
* E nsure compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
* Work with global stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and provide analysis.
* Contribute to system upgrades and automation projects.
* Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
* Professional qualification strongly preferred.
* 4+ years' relevant accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or shared service environment.
* ERP experience desirable.
* Skilled in handling complex accounting issues and providing analysis.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proactive, independent, and solutions-focused.
* Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues an advantage.
