Identity Security Engineering Lead Location: Dublin Type: Full-time Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 A large, cloud-first organisation is looking for an experienced Identity Security Engineer to take technical ownership of access and identity services across a complex enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on role focused on operating, securing, and improving identity platforms that underpin critical systems and cloud services.
The Role Own the day-to-day operation of identity and access governance services Act as technical escalation point for complex IAM incidents and issues Drive improvements to access lifecycle, reviews, and control models Support audits, compliance requests, and security reviews Work closely with cloud, security, and platform teams on integrations and change Experience 5+ years in Identity, Security Engineering, or IAM-focused roles Strong hands-on experience with enterprise IAM / IGA platforms Good understanding of access governance, provisioning, and controls Experience supporting security-critical services in production Cloud identity exposure (Azure AD / Entra, AWS, or similar) If this role is of any interest, please apply below or contact Daniel Mc Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
