Milk Supply Team Graduate

Role Profile
This role is part of the 2026 Graduate Programme and will be based in our collaboration hub in Abbey Quarter, with periods of travel within the Tirlán catchment area. You will join the Milk Supply Team and gain real‑world experience across the milk supply function, including on‑farm milk quality, compliance, supplier account management and project work with agribusiness, transport and Q&C teams.
Responsibilities
* Gain experience in on‑farm milk quality management and compliance to regulations.
* Manage milk supplier accounts and engage with farmers one‑to‑one to solve issues.
* Collaborate on technical projects with wider Tirlán functions such as agribusiness, transport and Q&C.
* Develop knowledge of the dairy industry and project‑management skills.
* Maintain compliance documentation and improve processes with support from the Regional Manager.
Requirements
* High academic record; degree in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or a related discipline, with a minimum 2.2 honours.
* Ambition to progress in a fast‑moving agribusiness career.
* Strong collaboration and partnership skills.
* Excellent communication and the ability to influence at all levels.
* Thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn and grow continually.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to generate creative insights and drive change.
