Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Property Auctioneer to join our team. As a key member of our property auction team, you will be responsible for selling properties through auctions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking in property for sale and conducting photography and descriptive narrative.
* Discussing the value, asking price, and advertising budget with clients.
* Organizing a for sale sign and completing the Property Services Agreement.
* Conducting property viewings and dealing with offers.
* Preparing Sales Advice Notes for vendors' solicitors and collecting deposits from purchasers.
* Managing lettings, including taking in properties to let, creating inventories, setting rents, and finding suitable tenants.
* Providing valuation services for private residential and commercial properties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Property Auctioneering or a related field.
* Proven experience in property auctioneering, sales, or lettings.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid driver's license.
