Frazer Jones services have been selected by a highly successful international professional services firm based in Dublin City Centre to secure talent for a skilled corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and as a key member of the recruitment team, you will:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across both operational and specialist functions.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and preferred suppliers to attract top talent.
* Source candidates directly and build a strong talent pipeline.
* Guide hiring managers through the interview process and provide expert recruitment advice.
* Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
* Prepare offer documentation, employment contracts and coordinate pre-employment checks.
* Support onboarding and engage with new joiners during their early days.
* Mentor a graduate team member and contribute to team development.
* Track recruitment metrics and support strategic HR projects.
What You'll Bring
* 3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within a corporate or professional services setting.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
* Solid understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* A collaborative team player who can build credibility with senior stakeholders.
* Committed to maintaining confidentiality and delivering a positive candidate experience.
