Role Overview
The role of a Learning Support Assistant is to provide individualised support to learners with disabilities, promoting independence and integration.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver one-to-one key working sessions to assist learners in developing person-centred plans aligned with the New Directions ethos.
* Facilitate participation and skill development by supporting learners in training and work experience using assistive technologies, creative tools, and diverse methodologies.
* Maintain accurate records and produce reports per quality standards while observing organisational rules and regulatory requirements.
