We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in cost control, budgeting, and reporting to take on a key role in managing projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing project finances including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control;
* Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to track variations and manage valuations;
* Maintaining contract compliance by ensuring adherence to procurement procedures;
* Preparing financial reports including interim and final accounts, cost reports, and monthly valuations.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline;
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
* Familiarity with public works contracts and infrastructure project workflows;
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills;
* A full clean driving licence.
