Manufacturing Support Student Placement Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious student to join our Manufacturing Operations team for a 5-9 month placement. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and insight into the inner workings of a global healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of operational excellence initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation
Participate in project management and change management initiatives
Gain experience in supervising large teams and leading small projects
Develop skills in business management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
