You'll be part of the UKI Team, reporting to the Senior Account Manager for the UK and Ireland.
Your role will be the primary point of contact between Deliveroo and our key corporate clients in Ireland, providing a world-class experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and leveraging data insights to drive growth.
You will work under a hybrid model, with at least 3 days a week based in our Dublin office or meeting clients, with periodic meetings at our London HQ with the wider team.
The Role The primary responsibility of the Corporate Account Manager is to develop and grow a portfolio of accounts acquired by the Business Development Manager, with whom you will collaborate closely.
You will contribute to the growth strategy of each account and to overall market expansion.
You will focus on clients' needs, identifying opportunities where Deliveroo can solve workplace problems, and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
The Responsibilities of the Corporate Account Manager include: Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts in Ireland, building relationships with decision-makers and implementing growth strategies to maximize and retain revenue.Strategic Vision: Support DfW UKI leadership in developing and executing strategies for the Irish market.
Demonstrate ownership mentality and clearly communicate market nuances to stakeholders.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, tech, finance, and global teams to ensure the Irish market's needs are recognized and addressed.Commercial Reviews: Conduct business reviews to drive growth, using data and insights to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and communicate value to clients.Project Ownership: Lead projects with DfW UKI leadership to advance Deliveroo for Work's growth beyond 2025.Why Deliveroo Our mission is to transform shopping and eating by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders, making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable.
