Procurement and Inventory Optimization Specialist
This role involves overseeing all day-to-day procurement & inventory optimization activity, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and operational regulations.
* Ensure timely & accurate generation of all purchase orders, tracking of shipments, and root cause analysis of non-conformances.
* Collaborate with Sales & Operations stakeholders to avoid stock-outs and analyse supply and demand to forecast inventory needs.
* Maintain inventory levels in line with agreed targets, ensure adherence to procurement & inventory optimization SOPs, and monitor transactions effectively.
* Liaise with warehouse management team to conduct stock-taking activities efficiently and resolve supply chain issues promptly.
* Generate regular reports and provide improvement insights on inventory optimization & procurement activity.

Key Skills:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure is essential. A high level of proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, is required. Familiarity with inventory management software would be an advantage.
