Field Sales Executive
We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales, with a proven track record of winning new business and managing existing accounts.
This is a critical role, requiring a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across logistics, freight forwarding, parcels, and courier services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed performance targets
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and performance metrics
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in field sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
* Demonstrated success in winning new business and managing existing accounts
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
