Your Key Responsibilities Support the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases of delivery. Lead design workshops to understand client industry and business requirements. Design and configure best practice solutions to meet client needs. Produce key deliverables such as design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, and training materials. Provide integration and data migration testing support, including UAT or performance testing. Solution using design accelerators such as SAP's Enterprise Management Layer (EML) or EY's pre configured industry solutions. Advisory on current and future SAP needs, business case development, roadmap, and implementation. Support the development of the SAP practice by leading internal team activities, sales support, and client events. To Qualify for the Role You Should Have Strong technical skills with a keen ambition to develop further. Client focused and commercially aware. Ability to build strong client relationships and professional networks. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Project management skills-able to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines. Team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Outgoing, with good relationship skills and a commitment to delivering quality output. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience. 7+ years' experience in SAP Materials Management implementations, with at least 2 years in a consulting capacity for internal or external clients. Knowledge of end to end process touch points covering both upstream and downstream integrations to SAP Materials Management. Understanding of S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios. Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills adopting a collaborative and supportive approach. Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior level clients. Ideally, You'll Also Have SAP Ariba experience (desirable). Relevant SAP certifications in SAP Materials Management or related modules. Proven experience leading team planning for all project phases.
