Indecon International Consultants is seeking outstanding candidates to join the Strategy, Governance and Change Management Division of the practice. This Division provides a range of business strategy and corporate governance advisory services to our clients.

We are now seeking to recruit a number of outstanding Consultants, Senior Consultants and Divisional Directors to join our practice in our Dublin office and to meet growing demand for our services. Candidates should have an exemplary academic and business record and be educated to master’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline.
The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work directly with senior Indecon Partners and with Senior Management to provide impactful advice to a range of clients.
Nature of the Roles
We are seeking candidates with expertise in Business Analysis; Change Management; Organisation Development; Business Process Improvement and Process Design; Service Design; Project Management; and Corporate Governance to support the work of our growing Strategy, Governance and Change Management practice.
Successful applicants will be assigned to a range of challenging and interesting projects including:
Strategy implementation and evaluation
Organisational Capacity and Capability Reviews
Organisational Design
Advice on Business Process Improvement and implementation support
Change Management Strategy development and change communications
Organisational Culture Assessments
Strategic HR/Workforce Planning
Corporate Governance Advice
Periodic Critical Reviews
Board Effectiveness Reviews
Benchmarking exercises and comparative analysis.
Person Specification:

For Consultant roles, 2+ years’ experience within a consulting firm or in a relevant project management environment (a strong track record of achievement in Management Consulting/change management/strategy development/corporate governance is a benefit).
Senior Consultants will require 4+ years’ experience within a consulting firm or in a relevant project management environment (a strong track record of achievement in Management Consulting/change management/strategy development/corporate governance is a benefit).
The Divisional Director will fill a leadership role within the practice and will require 10+ years’ experience within a consulting firm or in a relevant project management environment (a strong track record of achievement in management consulting/change management/transformation and innovation/strategy development/strategic HR/organisational development/corporate governance is a benefit).
A strong academic record, including a relevant third level/postgraduate degree (e.g. Business Studies, Strategic HR/Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Project Management, Public Administration or Information Technology).
For all roles, lean six sigma or other relevant certification/qualification would be an advantage. PMP/PRINCE2/Agile experience or certification qualification preferred.
The roles are based in Indecon House, 4 Clyde Road, Dublin 4. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.
