Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting large-scale employers
Build and grow strategic relationships
Manage key accounts in collaboration with international teams
Identify new opportunities across temp, perm, and contracting services
Lay the foundation for future recruitment delivery operations in Dublin
About You
Proven background in recruitment or HR/workforce solutions
Track record engaging with large, multi-site organisations
Network within manufacturing, life sciences, or industrial sectors (preferred)
Strategic, commercially minded, and highly self-motivated
Strong relationship builder and communicator
