Job Purpose:
* As a member of the Managed Service Team, you will have full responsibility for Kefron Service support in the Off-Site Managed Services Customer Premises. This role involves extensive contact with the customer's senior management on a day to day basis. Firstline management of customer relationship and expectations as well as extensive IT skills are key to this role.
Key Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to)
* Ensuring all Kefron SOP's are adhered to
* Ensuring all clients files are indexed daily
* Ensure all files are cataloguing and quality controlled on completion.
* Scan all documents when scheduled into the system
* Proficient in using ONeil Order and RSSQL
* Creation and closure of workorders
* Ensuring orders are processed accurately
* Ensuring deliveries and collections are on time
* Delivering and collection files on the client's premises with in SLA timeline
* Ensuring Confidentiality and Security measures at all times
* Dealing with all customer queries
* Ensuring items are re-filed and audited accurately
* Scanning Daily Items
Personal Specification
Training Required (Formal Informal):
* RS Web
* RSSQL
* RS Mobil
* Any other systems as identified by the business
* Health Safety
* Manual Handling
* Microsoft Online
* GDPR Online
* To be cross trained in the various elements of the CSR role
Personal characteristics:
* An individual with high capabilities within an office environment.
* Reliable person with good technical skills
* A professional and very dynamic person that can adapt to the ever-changing environment ofKefron.
* Must be high energy and self-motivated and deliver on agreed commitments in aprofessional and timely manner.
* Excellent communications and relationship management skills
* Must be a team player, yet highly self-driven and ambitious
* Strong organisational skills in order to deliver on customers' expectations.
* To have the ability to set realistic individual objectives to drive departmental goals.

* High level of proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook andNumerical accuracy.
