Finance Systems Supervisor Our client a leading Dublin based educational body is seeking a Finance Systems Supervisor to support and enhance its financial systems and helpdesk operations.
Reporting to the Finance Systems and Transformation Manager, this role will work closely with finance teams, academic units, research centres, and investigators across the institution.
This role is initially being offered as an 11 month FTC with flexible hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities Supervise the finance systems helpdesk and ensure SLA compliance Troubleshoot and resolve finance system issues, escalating where required Maintain and update helpdesk knowledge bases and ticket templates Conduct system access and compliance reviews and respond to audit queries Support core financial systems (including ERP, FP&A, and research costing tools) Produce operational KPIs and contribute to finance transformation initiatives Deliver system training and develop user training materials Participate in system upgrades, process improvements, and enhancement projects Qualifications & Experience NFQ Level 7 degree (or equivalent) Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant desirable Minimum 3 years experience in a finance office working with large financial systems Desirable Experience Strong ERP experience System troubleshooting, reporting, workflow optimisation, and user security management End-user training and support Data integration, system upgrades, and system administration This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, research-intensive environment with a strong commitment to service excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
