Support Service Professional
The role of the Support Service Professional involves providing accompaniment and support to individuals who have experienced sexual violence. This includes accompanying victims/survivors in the sexual assault and treatment unit, reporting incidents to external organisations such as the Gardaí, and attending court cases or hearings.

The Support Service Professional will work closely with the Accompaniment Manager and Co-ordinator to deliver all accompaniment services. They will also provide administrative assistance, maintain records, and update the CRM system to inform policy and advocacy work.
Responsibilities:
* Provide accompaniment and support to victims/survivors of sexual violence
* Accompany victims/survivors in the sexual assault and treatment unit
* Assist with projects or tasks relevant to the accompaniment services
* Provide administrative assistance to the Accompaniment Manager and Co-ordinator
* Maintain records and online report forms
* Attend in-house training on a regular basis
* Adhere to confidentiality policies and laws
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience working in a similar area
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to deal professionally with sensitive information
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work well with others
