The role of HR Generalist is a critical component in ensuring the smooth operation of an organisation's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional support for employees at various stages of their career lifecycle, encompassing hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and terminations.
* Collaborate with the People & Culture team to initiate and manage HR-related projects and initiatives.
* Oversee recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution.
* Manage and maintain accurate HR records and system data, preferably utilising SuccessFactors.
* Develop or update HR policies, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and suggest improvements to HR processes.
* Serve as a reliable point of contact for both employees and managers, offering clear and timely responses to HR inquiries.
