Responsibilities
Lead HR advisory activities across performance, career development, compensation and employee relations.
Provide senior-level coaching and guidance, ensuring compliance with Ireland Employment Law.
Consolidate, validate and analyse complex HR data using Excel, producing insights for leadership.
Create high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences.
Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.
About You
Expert-level knowledge of core HR concepts with strong employee relations expertise.
Advanced Excel and solid PowerPoint capability, including pivot tables, charts and consolidated reporting.
Excellent communicator able to summarise complex information clearly and confidently.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Innovative, detail-focused and commercially aware; Workday experience is an advantage.
