Job Description
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Planner at at our state-of-the-art single use facility in Dunboyne. This is a hugely important role for ensuring efficiency of Engineering BTA’s and a lean approach to executing maintenance activities.
What You Will Do
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
* Lookahead on CMMS for vendor visits, corrective maintenance, invasive PM’s
* Walk down proposed jobs with SME ensuring spare parts are identified / ordered, tooling and equipment is identified (e.g. scaffold, mewp, special tools), asset downtime estimated
* Update job plans to streamline future works with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Manage CMMS work order status to meet site KPI’s
* Ensure contractors/vendors are inducted and all requirements are in place for the works(SLA, RAMS, training evidence)
* Work closely with Maintenance scheduler to align plan with site operations
* Seek feedback from Eng BTA and Scheduler on effectiveness of planning and areas to improve
What Skills You Will Need
* Trade/Degree qualification (Science/Quality/Technical).
* A minimum of 2 year maintenance experience in the Biotechnology and/or Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Ability to think logically and be proactive under pressure.
* Working knowledge of high-risk permitted work (Confined space entry, line breaking, COHE, Working at height etc.)
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative in a constructive manner.
* Flexible and self-motivated.
