About Your New Job Set up and operate CNC lathesto produce precision-engineered components to exact specifications.
Load and unload materialsinto CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Carry out first-off inspectionsand in-process checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
Complete quality documentationand production reports accurately.
Perform regular machine maintenanceand ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Operate multiple machineswhen required to meet production targets.
Download and adjust CNC programsas needed for specific jobs.
Collaborate with CNC Programmersand other team members to optimize machining processes and tooling setups.
What Skills You Need Minimum 2 years experience setting and operating CNC lathes.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.).
Proven ability to work independently and to tight tolerances.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible and proactive approach to work.
English language required (spoken and written).
