As part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and expertise in the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of MS 365 solutions.
* The ideal candidate should possess knowledge in designing end-to-end solutions using various technologies such as cloud-based infrastructure services like Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) or similar tools.
* Familiarity with Windows operating systems is required, along with advanced troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities to address complex IT issues promptly.
* Prior experience supporting users remotely via phone calls or chat platforms would also be beneficial but not mandatory.
