General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a large team across Front of House, Back of House, and Duty Management
* Oversee rosters, scheduling, and operational logistics
* Partner with chefs and internal departments to align service and product delivery
* Champion a culture of excellence and accountability on the floor, especially during peak trading times
* Drive food & beverage performance and innovate guest experience initiatives
* Handle staffing challenges with creativity and decisiveness
As General Manager, you will be at the heart of day-to-day operations, driving performance, leading people, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have the backing of experienced departmental leaders.
This is a dynamic, customer-facing leadership role within a high-energy hospitality setting. Availability during evenings, weekends, early mornings, and bank holidays will be essential to ensure smooth operations and a strong management presence during peak trading periods.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
* A strong track record in leading large teams (150+) developing people and fostering a positive team culture
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Confidence in rostering, cost control, and performance metrics
