Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
* Resolve complex customer queries through thorough investigations and research.

* Stay up-to-date with evolving customer needs and business requirements.
Requirements:
* Fluent English (C1/C2) and proven customer service experience.
* At least 12 months of experience in fraud, disputes, or complaints handling.
* A track record of working to performance targets.
