Dromcollogher & District Respite Care Centre requires :
A CSP Manager – Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Liaising and supporting Centre Manager and Board of Management
· Liaise with Management Team and Bookkeeper to ensure sustainable social, economic and financial development of the Respite Care Centre. Ability to work on own initiative in this regard following through on agreed objectives
· Experience with grant applications and agreements with State bodies
· In depth knowledge and understanding of not-for-profit organisations, seeking funding opportunities and applications for grants to ensure viability and sustainability of the Respite Care Centre
· Processing supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments
· Multi-tasking in a small office environment is essential
· HR experience an advantage
· Responsible for website and social media updating
· To liaise on behalf of the Board of Directors with Pobal and the HSE with experience in report writing a distinct advantage
· Ensure relevant policies and procedures are in place, reviewed and adhered to in line with statutory regulations eg HR, Health and Safety and Financial Procedures
· Ideal candidate will be competent in Business Management Systems, Accounting and Payroll
Mandatory Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field, a third level degree a distinct advantage
· Experience with the standard Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· The ability to work towards deadlines, submitting work ahead of deadlines
· Ability to work on own initiative
