Overview of Role:
* Work schedule spans Monday to Sunday, with varied shifts - flexibility is essential.
* Perform all treatments and services featured on our spa menu to the highest standard.
* Deliver a consistently memorable and personalised guest experience.
* Conduct thorough consultations and provide tailored product and treatment recommendations.
* Maintain exceptional hygiene and professional standards throughout the spa.
* Operate on a 4-week rolling rota, allowing for work-life balance.
* Competitive commission on both retail sales and treatments based on performance targets.
Qualifications:
* Possess a recognised ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
* Minimum of one year's post-qualification experience, with strong skills in facials and massage.
* Warm, guest-focused, and confident in delivering luxury service.
* Professional in appearance and conduct.
* Highly organised and detail oriented.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
