Business Development Opportunities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various sectors.
Your primary objective will be to generate and develop sales leads through effective networking, research, and outreach strategies. You will build strong relationships with contractors, site managers, project buyers, and procurement teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
In this role, you will also conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential new sectors for growth. You will prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations in coordination with our operations and logistics teams.
You will represent our company at industry trade shows, client meetings, and site visits to promote our offerings. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system.
To succeed in this position, you must have proven experience in business development, field sales, or account management, ideally in the construction, plant hire, or modular buildings sector.
Key skills and qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a self-starter mentality, and strong commercial awareness. A full driving license is also essential due to the field-based nature of this role.
