At The Port House group of restaurants, we are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house team. You will play a key role in delighting our guests with the exceptional service for which we are known. As a team member, you will support the management team in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a busy restaurant environment, delivering first-class food and beverage service and outstanding customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Located in Temple Bar, Port House Pintxo offers a romantic underground vibe with booth seating and one of Dublin's coolest outdoor terraces overlooking Meeting House Square so customers can also enjoy outdoor concerts in the summer.
We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager for a Full Time role as part of our friendly team in Pintxo, Temple Bar.
Together with the restaurant manager you will be responsible for ensuring a world class guest experience while ensuring the efficient running of all aspects of the restaurant.
This is a key role supporting the restaurant manager, with opportunities to grow and develop within the company.
Ideal candidates will have.
* Two years previous experience in a similar role or supervisor role
* Eligible to work at least 40 hours weekly i.e. Full-time hours
* Passion for customer service
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent knowledge of Tapas, port, wine & sherry
* Fluent verbal and written English
* An outgoing and friendly personality
