EMPOWEREMENT is delighted to partner with a leading professional services firm to hire an ambitious Technology Risk Assurance manager to join their expanding team.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of IT risk assurance engagements including IT audits and non-audit assignmentsAssess IT controls (general & automated) and system-generated reports across ERP environments (SAP, Oracle etc.)Deliver advisory services in regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, DORA etc.), cybersecurity, operating model governance, 3rd party risk management and resilience planningSupport audit teams in identifying IT dependencies and leveraging technology controls.Manage and coach high-performing junior team membersPrepare and review audit workpapers, risk assessments, and client reports.Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.Experience:Professional qualification (CISA, CIA, ACA) and undergraduate degree in relevant disciplineMinimum of 5+ years in IT Audit or Technology riskStrong knowledge of IT Risk frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT etc.)Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday etc.)Exposure to SOX, PCAOB and other regulatory IT reviewsExperience managing a high performing teamSuperior communication skills*Candidates not living in Ireland will not be considered for this position**This role is based in a hybrid environment with 3 days on-site in Dublin city centre***On offer is a competitive salary and attractive benefits packagePlease apply directly to this advertisement and Karl Byrne, Head of Financial Services Recruitment, will reach out for a confidential discussion.
