The Night Auditor is a key member of the Hampton by Hilton team, responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the overnight shift. This role combines customer service, accounting, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience and the accurate reconciliation of daily transactions.Main Duties:Guest ServicesWelcome guests with a friendly demeanour, check them in and out efficiently, and address any questions or concerns.Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.Night AuditReconcile and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash, credit card payments, and other revenue streams.Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for hotel management.Ensure all discrepancies or issues are documented and resolved or escalated as needed.Carry out duties as directed from line manager.Operations SupportMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.Conduct safety and security checks throughout the property to ensure guest and staff safety.Process wake-up calls and other guest requests.Bar ServiceServe drinks at the bar in accordance with licensing laws and hotel policies.Provide excellent customer service to guests at the bar, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies as needed.Hotel Security & SafetyMaintain cleanliness in all public areas to uphold high hotel standards.Monitor security and guest safety, providing first aid and responding to emergency situations when required.Ensure night audit procedures are completed correctly.Candidate Profile:Previous Experience is required.Have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.Are a team player with a positive attitude.Can work independently and as part of a team.Are flexible and can work various hoursWe Offer youOn going training and developmentOpportunities for progression within JMK GroupDiscounted rates across JMK hotelsStaff social eventsJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
