EASYFIX are market leaders in the design, development and marketing of Livestock Comfort products. EASYFIX currently sells its products to over 60 countries worldwide and are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to work as part of the team in the design and development of new and existing products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full design life cycle, from concept to production, and play a key role in product development and innovation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or related discipline.
* Min. of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Highly proficient in 3D Modelling (Autodesk Inventor, desired but not essential).
* Experienced in part design, product design, part assembly, design for manufacture and creating engineering drawings.
* Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.
* Experience with machine design or automation desirable.
* Independently lead product design and development from concept through to commercialisation.
* Maintain and update all relevant technical documentation, manuals and specifications.
